I ordered this unit for my wife's birthday. We quickly had it up and running and it appeared to work quite well. However, the sound was very poor quality and very soft. It was inaudible below 50%, and when turned up all the way was distorted, thin and weak sounded. We contacted Tomtom customer service who agreed that the unit was defective and had us return it. We are now awaiting the arrival of our replacement Tomtom One 130.
