Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent (Wii, 2006)

Let me tell just one thing. There is what 4, or 5 Splinter Cell games? They are all same. The graphics just got better, thats it. Pick up one of these games for $12 to $17 and you can`t go wrong. It just gets boring.

A little hard to navigate, but once you get the hang of it... It's on!!!! Also, I love the fact you have to work together with a partner!!!!

If you liked the splinter cells for the other systems, then you will definetly like this one. it is a bit hard to get used to the controls, but once you got them down the game is awesome. great game

This is a pretty good game, even though I wasn't paying attention when started bidding on it!, I didn't realize I was bidding on THIS GAME, until I won it! It actually turned out to be a pretty cool game since I like previous splinter cells. The controls are pretty challenging for the wii, and are sometimes hard to remember when your trying to get through the missions quickly. If you familiar with the older splinter cell games for xbox and ps2, then you would know that they are sometimes dark and its hard to navagate, but this one is pretty bright.

The graphics are a little disappointing--besides some added lighting effects and better in-game videos, there aren't a lot of improvements over the GCN version.

The storyline, which is actually one of the best in the franchise, can’t make up for level design that feels boring and controls that frustrate.

Very fun game. You can go in with guns ablazing or use stealth its up to you. Long missions and I like that you can save your progress at any point along the way.

New to the Wii, intuitive controls bring you into the game like never before.
Co-op challenges along the way offer new opportunities.
Play both sides of the field, play it wrong and game over, walk the thin line between love and hate!

First let me say I think people have written off the 1st person shooter games for wii a little early, they take a steady hand and a few hours to get used to but once you do there is nothing like it . Now don't get me wrong there are a few out there that are just flat out bad ( controls, story line, and graphics )but on the other side there are a few that should have given there ps3 or xbox360 versions a run for there money (not considering the graphics). This is one of those games the controls are edgy and take some skill to master. I have read other reviews that state the controls are hard to use ... aiming is all about pointing your wiimote at the target (ever shot a gun? there is no joystick...)and other commands take a little effort as well (like jumping).

The story line is good and single player mode is entertaining.

The best part of Splinter Cell Double Agent is the new Co-Op mode. The Co-Op missions play along with the story line for the single player mode, however if you have not played the single player mode you may not be able to follow what is going on. the Co-Op mode makes the 2 players work together unlike any other game i have ever seen. tasks like using your partner to hold a rope while you rappel down a crater to get a hold of a vital piece of info needed to finish a level, or using your partner as a ladder to reach and disable cameras. The levels make you think about how to continue towards your objective. Some levels make you feel like there is no where to go but if you just keep looking you will find it (through a vent on the floor or via climbing pipes to the next floor).

Over all as i said this is a great game. After borrowing it from a friend i found that it was one i wanted for my collection. I did have a hard time finding a copy locally , but i also do not live in a metro area. I would recommended that you at least give it a try , an hour or two to get used to the controls and you will have it down.

Now its a little wierd at first if your used to other Splinter Cell games from the Xbox or Gamecube or whatever. But gameplay is great, graphics are great, and the story is amazing. I can definetly vouch for Splinter Cell Double Agent.

good graphics, nice stealth levels. the game seems to be a little glitchy on occasion. the wiimote controls do a decent job of making the game more realistic. I'd recommend buying it if you're into stealth games/puzzle games.

The game came to me exactly as it was posted online. Splinter Cell is a badass game and i recommend it to others.

I was really surprised by how much my son loves to play this game. This quickly became his favorite game for the Wii.

The graphics, controls, storyline, and gameplay make this game so bad that I'd rather sit down and play Cooking Mama than this garbage heap.

A real good game. Graphics are superb. But a bit hard to play on the Wii (visor).
Hope it will be the first of the Splinter Cell for the Wii.
