Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Island Thunder (Xbox, 2003)

The thing that I like about the game is that there is a demo or training session on the game before you play. The graphics are good and the enemy seem realistic when they are shot. Once you get the hang of the Controller, the game is fun, and the missions are tough. I decided to purchase this game, because I seemed to be an interesting game when I was looking for X-Box games.

the game that they described is what you realy get no lie and they even get it to you fast... will do busness with again...

Great game, absolutely love it! I've played it before and I just bought it, I'm very anxious to get it! Great setup and play, couldn't ask for any better.

I was looking for the game Ghost Recon 2, saw this and decided to get the whole collection. This game is nothing like Ghost Recon 2. The design, plot, and abilities of the characters are outstanding!!! Multiple player co-operative squad teams, excellent!! A great part of the Ghost Recon series.

I love this game. The problem is that I already owned a copy of it. I made a mistake when ordering it, but it was all my fault.

It is a good shooter game.You are in the jungle's of cuba destroying the enemy.Game keeps you on your toes.has many realistic graphics,also gives you many choices and options during the game.

after paying the man for what we had "won", it only took about 3 weeks to get it in the mail- not the 3-5 days as the owner had listed. we bought a used XBOX game that was supposed to be in "mint condition" and when it arrived at our house it was a far cry from what is considered even gently used.

Played it before and i loved it and this game is graet i give it 9 out of 10 stars. This game was my all time favorite so i decided to buy it again..

Graphics not as good as the original and if you take a 3 man squad you can be sure that one or both of them will stand up when you have left them prone on the ground.frustrating,so just go on your own,hit and then run away to a spot where you can ambush the enemy when they come for you.Don't stay in one spot unless you have a clear field of fire.An okay time waster that pales when compared to later games, but worth a few dollars.

This is a one day and done with the missions game in cuba. It only has 9 levels of missions. It took me about two hours to blow through them. There is however lots to unlock. you will have to play the single missions in all three difficulty levels to unlock everything, includeing a cool bonus that you will have to get on your own.
graphics are sharp in this, game play is great. You add to team member stats and gain medals as you progress. your goal is making General.But commanding you team members and other team is a little tricky, Nothing like the newer titles. This is one of the first clancey titles and had lots of room for improvement.
This would be a excellent game for someone new to combat sims. Its over all easy to manage because 3 unit members can complete any given board. An advanced war gamer will still find this very fun. You can make a solid weekend out of this doing all the missions, all the side missions, and all the difficult levels, this would cut into sleep time. Its worth having in your collection. I have had mine since the release date and still break it out from time to time.
This is a good game, worth having. If it had more missions I would have givin it a excellent rateing. You can get a expansion disc that will add 4 more missions to the game. but these missions can only be played in single mission mode.
