Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (PC Games, 2006)

Well, to start things off this game has really good graphics. They are up to par with xbox 360, in my oppinion. The gameplay is completely realistic, and you can do about anything you want in the game. With lots of features and upgrades, this game is a number one secret forces game. If you like this type of game, you should really think about buying this game, it is worth the cheap price!!!

This is a great sequel to Ghost Recon. The graphics are fantastic (make sure you have an awesome graphics card. My old ATI 9800 pro could barely play it).
It is a very taxing game on a computer so don't buy it unless you have a beefed up system with at least 1GB of RAM.
True to the original, it does have multi-player Co-Op mode, but only 4 players at a time. Be careful because you can't have infinite respawn ;)

I am now playing the demo and although it is completely different than Ghost Recon 1, it is a great game.

I loved this game because it is the most modern, coolest, and realistic game that has come out on the market so far. The graphics are amazing, the sounds are extrordinary, the background and objects are stunning. Overall, it is the most fun game I have ever played.
BUT! Yes, there is a but. Make sure that your computer meets the minimum requirements. My laptop has a Duo Core 1.8 GHz processor. Although I was still able to play the game, I was not able to play it for long due to memory issues. So just make sure your computer is up to the challenge before you invest in this game.

Outstanding. Don't bother to purchase if your PC is slow. Teammates AI makes them occasionally stupid=KIA. Most recent patch download is a must - fixes numerous glitches.

Awesome graphics, Awesome Fun!!!!!!! Realistic weapons. Very tense situations, satellite view and commanding the ghosts is so sweet!

This game was a big let down for me - mainly because I was a huge fan of the original Ghost Recon. While the graphics are excellent & detailed, its still very glitchy. The single player missions would be good except the AI is not very intelligent. You control a squad of soldiers who are constantly getting stuck behind walls & buildings, standing straight up in the line of fire, and even getting my way. The checkpoint system stinks too - you can't save when you want to save. Instead you have to reach a certain point before it will automatically save.

The multiplayer is much more fun but some of the maps aren't very balanced. There are several maps where one team has a major advantage over the other.

This is still a fun game & if you like tactical shooters its a good addition to your collection.

Game is fun. Must meet more than minimum specs to get a good frame rate. The game seems that it could just be as fun as Battlefield 2 if you have a high power computer.

It's a higher end game. Graphic's are good but not as good as I thought they would be. It is definitly Ghost Recon, the detail in graphics of the scenery is still a bit pixelated, but game play is awsome, it's still fairly new so the mods are few. It's a great online game, as well as single player.

I bought this for my nephew originally, but I'm still playing it. I have never played any Tom Clancy games before but I'm hooked on this one. Its very difficult for me to get through but thats what I like about it (the challenge). The graphics are excellent and being able to command the team is all new to me but very exciting.

I love all the other T Clancy games and this one seems the best if my pc notebook was powerful enough to run it effectively. This game needs LOTS of vid-card ram. If your pc doesnt have at least 128meg's of vidRam dont waste your time. But if your's does HAVE FUN!

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter. To begin no Cheat codes as the original & can not change to team members & be them. Too much video demand on system drag make it slow and sluggish even for exceeding system requirement. Game play is hard & intense even on easy mode Also not impressed by graphics.
Its another dissapointment of gaming to graphics. THe good part is just watching the trailers. The over head map sucks too. Well they get your money were just the ginny pigs paying for their mistakes & defect programming. My recommendation try the demo youll be unistalling it soon your graphic card is just fine.

I just wish they would have left every thing as easy as the previous Ghost recons, I found it so much harder that I gave up on the game and will not buy the next in the series

Maybe it's just my pc I have issues with this game. Lost the graphic after every 10 minute in the game, not sure what's the problem ubisoft is fast to respond but didnt give me anymore better advice.I am running a 7800 gs 256mb. Read from forums this game has a couple of bugs, including the old rainbow 6 A.I. bugs resulting your teammates standing in open fire etc. This game has default HDR i think so it looks good..but lacks AA so at lower resolutions the lines are very choppy. This game uses a lotta resources can feel my pc stressed up (P4 3.2). Loading time is quite long but tolerable. As usual ghost recon has a great sound....this time if u shoot at cars the tires puncture and the cars lowered and alarm screams, and if u shoot somemore the doors come flying off together with pieces of glass. Also if you shoot at walls the marks stay there. This game has good physics. A lot of 'advanced' war features such as robotic drones and tactical maps from satellite with real time surveillance. Has a lot more movement types from prone to crouch to tiptoe and even diving slides. As realistic as a tactical shooter can be. Feel the enemy A.I. is a little too easy. Retains many of the old rainbow 6 and ghost recon pros. Havent try out the multiplayer. It's a pity I have so many issues with this game if not it will be quite a good game different from straight run-and-kill shooters. And i am running a system that supercedes the minimum, or even the recommended requirements.

This game is very addicting. Graphics are excellent. This game is tough as hell on easy which i find fun.

As a fan of Ghost Recon, played all of them on my PCs. This is the only one has problem with Win Vista, all others works fine on both XP and Vista. Even donnload the newest patch, GRAW.exe still contantly got no responding.

This is a really good game, but for me alittle too hard, not use too command other troops. rel intense fighting, long game to play I liked it better after i lost all my other men, just me i like single player games i gess. Diffenitly one of the top 10 list. Plenty of drones and other toys Nice game...
