Movie Description
Ryuchi Hiroki's TOKYO TRASH BABY is a contemporary love story that takes eager stabs at today's consumer-driven culture. Because Miyuki (Mami Nakamura) is too timid to actually confront her slacker musician crush Yoshinori (Kazuma Suzuki), she takes to stealing his trash and examining its contents nightly. While she's compulsively searching through his discarded items for clues to the man behind the garbage bags, Miyuki's attempts to cure her loneliness move through voyeurism to obsession.
