Titleist DCI 762 Iron set Golf Club

I have been playing with these clubs for three years. They provide excellent distance and control. These are the best clubs I have played with. Would recomend very highly.

For those that remember the old DCI Blacks, this club follows the tradition of solid feeling clubs from Titleist. Sure the mylar back looks a little out-of-place, but you can't see it from address position. Just the nice top line and minimal offset. Not the most forgiving club around, but if you can play bogey golf on a regular basis, you can't beat this club for feel. Particularly now when they can be obtained at a very reasonable price.

These clubs can realy work the ball. You should never be in trouble but if you are these clubs can get you out.

This was my first purchase on ebay. My son wanted a new set of clubs for Christmas and he suggested we look on ebay. He wanted a set of Titleist but a new set was outside our budget. I was worried about buying used, but when the clubs arrived you could not tell they were used. He was very pleased with the product. I was pleased with the time frame of the shipment. I received my order within a couple of days of purchase. We have no complaints.

I like the idea of obtaining a quality product for a below store price. I dislike not having the opportunity of trying the item out. I decided to buy the item on faith of the brand name, the specs and the condition. Now I will have to resell the item, which is totally my choice.

Have been playing same Titleist Acushnet Irons since '74. These are 15-20 yards longer from the first swing. (4I-210, 6I-180, PW-120) I have always played steel Stiff shafts, swing weight D2, so move to graphite on irons unsure. Shafts are tour weight graphite (115g vs 125g for steel, 60g normal graphite), one inch longer than my old set. Clubs swing slightly lighter, without feeling too light. Vibration absorption of graphite is nice. Just what I hoping to achieve.
Expected low boring all flight, but consistently hit high lofted shots which land softly. These reward a good relaxed swing, but punished me when I bore down too hard(low duck hooks), I will adjust. Have always considered myself a bit of a purist, so orange shafts are a bit much, but with results I saw on first bucket of balls, I will learn to tough it out.
49 yr old, 6' 230, smooth/hard swing with lots of shoulder turn, tend to hit down on ball, sometime quit on follow thru.

All in all, great set of irons. I bought them cause they are extra long, no complaints with them thus far.

Classic looking well balanced, great feeling clubs to hit. The flagship of the DCI line of irons. A pro club yet easier to hit than a standard blade. You can feel the quality of a well struck shot.

The Titleist DCI 762 irons are very solid irons. They are not oversized, so may not be good for a beginner, but very good on distance control.

I bought the clubs for my brother. He likes to play. His old set was in bad shape and since he couldn't afford to purchase a brand new set, I purchased these for him.

I am not much into buying the latest greatest clubs. I had a set of 962's and wanted to upgrade. I decided on the 762's because they would be close to what I had but improved. Improved does not even begin to describe it. They feel much better. Easier to hit with very less feedback or hand shock. Everytime I hit a ball perfectly I get much more spin. Accuracy is improved, but I feel like I will shoot better scores once I get a few more rounds under my belt. Keep your forged clubs, these will be in my bag for several years to come.

Wow! No sooner did I receive these clubs and I went to play my Saturday morning round...I smoked mu buddies in a game of wolf! These irons were in better condition than I would have expected! This was a GREAT buy!
