Titleist Cameron Studio Style Newport 2 Putter Golf Club

This is one club I feel confident about. The balance and feel of this club makes putting fun and a lot more easy to do. I actually look forward to putting. I can see why people continue to use this putter.

excellent putter, 33" 350g wonderful pendulum effect with great balance thru the stroke. Only disadvantage? rather soft metal, dings up easily, so use the headcover and handle with care!

with this putter i feel even more confident! the balance and wighting is great and the feel is as good as it gets! i used to average 28-32 putts a round now im averaging 24-28 putts per round. i didnt buy mine off ebay though, i went to golf town and payed 432.06$ for this baby and i dont regret it one bit. If you can get your hands on it get it right away i suggest you dont buy it off ebay for you need to know which one youre getting out of the four models! TO SUM IT UP GREAT PUTTER NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY IT IS.

Purchased it because I had tried one out and really liked it, and thought Ebay would be a cheap way to go. The only negative thing about the club is that it does produce some rust spots when moisture collects on it. Not quite sure if all of the clubs manufactured do it or not. Otherwise a very nice purchase.

This club is pure Scotty. Has great balance, but the head feels a bit lighter than the Studio Stainless models. This putter is much richer-looking than almost everything else out there, this is just a classic putter that makes it feel as though you're putting on autopilot. The only complaint that some people might have is the smallish grip. This is just an all around great putter!

You pay a hefty price for a Scotty Cameron putter, but it is worth every penny.
The quality, craftsmanship, and balance of this putter definitely boosts your confidence when it is in your hands.

Expensive but a very solid putter. The insert has a unique crisp feel-- an intermediate between an insert and noninsert putter. I don't like Cameron headcovers. The putter head grazes the velcro area with each on and off. Also, the grip feels hard. Overall this putter inspires a lot of confidence.

Scotty Cameron putters are like a fine bottle of wine. The exceptional feel and feedback from a Cameron putter is unlike any of the other 70 plus putters and brands I currently have. The closest second to a Cameron putter and it is a distant second would be the Taylormade Indy sport. If you are not using a Cameron putter you are not putting the very best you could be. I am usually not sucked in by hype and speculation as ad people would like you to be so when I say this about the Cameron putter there is no speculation, I play to a plus 1 handicap currently and that is about to go to a plus 2 because now I make putts that I used to miss consistently. These putters are all they are cracked up to be. It is tough to spend that much money on a putter, but once you do you will be glad that you did. The feel is like nothing else you will ever put your hands on. Excellent product.

Great Feel, Sound, Balance, and Weight. I have putted with a couple of months and I other players tell me what a great sound the putter has as the ball rolls towards the hole.

A classic style from the PING Anser 2. The Newport 2 is contructed of 303 stainless steel. A softer steel that provides a unique feel, sound, and confidence over other similar brands. Scotty Cameron has gone to great lengths providing precision balance, weight and quality in these putters that carry his name. Many touring Professionals use putter designed by Cameron, doesn't that say volumns? I think it does, if Tiger uses it, well... He can use anything and he chooses the Newport 2.

Great putter. It is well balanced and has a heavy head that helps you have a more consistant putting stroke. I love it.

Cameron putters are very expensive, but you really can't beat the sound and feel of his putters. The materials he uses make a very balanced and solid feeling putter which is what we are all looking for to gain confidence in our stroke. I would recommend this putter to anyone who likes a plumbers neck blade style putter. You won't find a better one by anybody.

If you know golf, and if you know the pro's, this is the one club that will set you apart from all your buddies on the course while taking strokes off your game.
The Scotty Cameron Newport Series is a club that is well balanced and solid as a rock. I attribute this to the German Steel insert. The first time I hit this club on the green I heard a totally different sound. This is first class quality all the way. This club is very consistent in every way.
Use what the pro's use, and use what we all should use. The Scotty Cameron line of putters is simply the best.
Now to my wife. I bought her a Scotty Cameron Newport Detour 2.5 and she loves it. Her first hit was unnerving for her because they are not cheap and she slightly miss hit it a foot from the cup. On the next hole she drilled in a 20 footer and now I couldn't pry it away from her for nothing. For whatever reason, she has lowered her handicap tremendously and now she's a heckuva lot easier to get along with at the course. To me thats priceless.
So pony up the couple hundred bucks on ebay and have a great 2008 season.

This was a great buy but it was missing the divot tool in the head cover. Contacted seller and informed him about it. He said he would get it out to me and I still have not recieved the divot tool to this day. This happened approximately 3 weeks ago during our last conversation.

This is one of the best purchases ive ever made. This is the same club alot of the tour players are using, for 1/2 the price...i have made countless puts and have eliminated the "3" putt from my game. I was already a pretty good putter, but now i have the confidence and technology to hole long puts, thank you scotty cameron, whoever you are

Perfect Feeling with Great Control.
Good for both long and short putter.
A little hotter than soft steel models.
Means great for short putt - never left short.
Suttle feedback allow control in a half inch in width and a couple inches in depth.
Overall best putter line ever made by Cameron.
Newport, and Newport 1.5 have the same taste but a little different looks.

This putter is great. I can see why Tiger likes it. The balance is perfect. You aim at at target and it goes there. You must finish the stroke with this putter to "drop" puts....but your percentage will go up. My percentage is markedly improved.

Great putter! This putter has improved my game by at least 5 strokes. Putts pure and consistent. Very easy to align on puuts.

Decided to buy this putter because of good reviews by other golfers who tested it. Found this pro style putter to be good, but not according to my expectations. The putter "felt too soft" to my liking. I prefer a putter with better "feel". I would recommend other golfers to go to a pro shop and "try before you buy".
