Great Information for all eBay Sellers!

When I first started my eBay business not so long ago, I searched through every book on the shelf looking for ones that would offer the most information for someone who has some experience on eBay. I'm not a brand new eBayer - I've been buying and selling off and on for almost 10 years, but now I wanted to start a serious business.
I didn't want a book that told me how to fill out the "sell" form or what to do after I got a payment in Paypal. I wanted strong advice on building a store, how to find products that will sell, how to become a Powerseller, and so on.
I found all this and more in Skip Mcgrath's book. It is chock full of information that I reference again and again. I found his writing straight-forward and easy to read, and he uses real world references to show how to get things done.
I think Skip's strongest chapters are on finding wholesale suppliers and other venues for finding products. He provides many ways to source products, and information on contacting and building relationships with wholesalers, something I think a lot of us are in the dark about.
Skip takes the time to review writing effective auction titles, descriptions and back end emails to ensure your customers get top notch service. I really like how Skip values customer satisfaction - this is something I value as well and I thought he gave a lot of time towards creating a great customer experience.
Overall, if you are considering an eBay business, this is one book that should definitely be on your reference shelf. You will find it useful throughout your eBay career. I credit this book with helping me get to Powerseller status in under a year! (I just made Powerseller yesterday - just waiting for my invitation email!).
