Titan A.E. (DVD, 2000, Special Edition)

The Titan A.E. DVD is a great buy. The movie has excellent graphics, beautiful scenes and a rock opera soundtrack. The story is fun and interesting and hits all the right notes for a futuristic adventure in the aftermath of Earth's destruction.

showed up in good condition like it was described. Nothing did or didn't show up that was or wasn't suppose to.

We caught it accidentally on TV & my 4-year old grandson loved it, so I immediately purchased it. It's one that the adults can stand to have on while the little ones watch as well.

I was very pleased to get my movie at such a good price. The customer service department was very helpful and responded quickly when I had a issue and worked quickly to resolve it.

we really like these kind of movies in our house and it was the right price. i was looking for a birthday gift for my son and he mentioned it the other day.

I loved the storyline of this film and the graphics are awesome. Really a fun ride! Not only for teens--I'm an original Star Wars fan from the 70's and I loved it!

I remember when this first came out at the theaters. I kept telling myself I needed to get to the theater and check this movie out on the big screen. Of course I didn't make it. So, finally, after forgetting all about it I saw a preview of Titan on another movie I had rented. I got on eBay and got myself a copy. The animation in this movie is really good. Story line is very good. I wish they had used a better music score for the movie. Some of the songs, particularly the one they used when the hero flew the ship for the first time was a little cheesy. You could almost recognize some of the riffs in the music, but it was an unheard of music maker that put that song together. When you have a shot of a kid flying the ship for a few minutes you should really use a killer tune with a great beat and lot's of good music in it. Other than that the movie really was good. I've watched it 4 times now since I bought it. Now hopefully there'll be a day when all this planet hopping is truly possible.

I recived it in a timlely fashion and it was brand new for a good price! This user i will be buying from at a later time. This was a valuable experience for both of us.

Titan A.E. is a long forgotten animation by Don Bluth, a genius in the field. He helped bring us "Anastasia", "The Secret of NIMH", "An American Tale" and so many other spectacular titles. In 2000 he brought us his final work, "Titan A.E." a story about the destruction of earth by enemy aliens, but the hope for a new future for mankind. We follow Cale, voiced by Matt Damon, as he is led on a journey through space to find the famed ship his father had built.

While on the mission he meets another human, Akima, who is voiced by Drew Barrymore, and Capt. Joseph Korso, voiced by Bill Pullman, who assist Cale on his mission. Non-human members of Korso's crew include: Gune (John Leguizamo), Preed (Nathan Lane), and Stith (Janeane Garofalo).

Cale and his companions have to arrive at the Titan ship before the enemy aliens find and destroy it.

It's a cosmic journey and a thrill-ride for those who love Don Bluth and fans of animation. I am an animator, illustrator, etc. and I love the movie, despite what the critics had to say. Rent it sometime and maybe you'll enjoy it if you give it another chance.

My nephew requested this DVD as a Christmas gift. I bought this DVD through E-bay because I found it at the best price possible. You can't beat E-bay when it comes to buying DVD's and video games for cheaper than they can be bought in a retail store. My nephew was thrilled to death when he got Titan A.E.

This movie is just simply awesome. Great graphics, and story line. I actually own the vhs of this movie like all good things they must come to an end. So I broke down and bought the dvd.

This is a good animated movie it's made to be good no mater how much times goes by if you like animated movies and or space this is a great movie to own

this is an excellent movie. had to get this movie also my nephew loved this movie as well. it is about the survival of the human race. this is a must watch and get.

I love this movie since the first time i saw it. This movie has a little bit of everything from sad moments to adventure moments. I had been looking for this movie almost 3 months now and I finally found it.

This science fiction cartoon is great for adults and children. The story line isn't corny and can keep the attention of all viewers. Twists in plot and an "anti-hero" who has to be taught hope in mankind make this a good film.

This is a very fascinating story with great graphics. Enjoyed by both adults & children in our family. Excellent movie to watch together.

Being a long-time fan of Don Bluth's work, I enjoyed TAE very much. It's a great story-line, great characters and the animation was excellent as always. It's an underrated movie that deserves a look.

A great animated movie. Some thems may be a little more adult oriented, but it is still a classic. And the last little bit of dialgue between Akira and Cale is priceless.

I really enjoyed this movie it is very entertaining and the whole family liked it. It is definitley a movie worth your time and money. It had good artwork and a great story!

It was a replacement for a vhs tape donated to our church library that my disabled son enjoys. Worth the replacement and would buy again.

This is an awesome movie. I periodically take it out to watch again. Some portions obviously look like animation but there are a few places which are absolutely unbelievable. Animation like this 7 years ago is fantastic and hard to distinguish at times from an episode of BSG with its clarity. I hope you enjoy it as much as me. Fun viewing.

I personally adore this movie. I would rather not have smaller children watch it, though, as some of the things they do are inappropriate, but it's a good movie. It has a cohesive story line, action, a little love *not too much*, and a great ending. I bought it to replace the one that got lost when we moved to our new place. The first time I bought it, though, was because I fell in love with the movie. I also have the soundtrack!

i bought Titan AE about month ago and is great cartoon movie, i believe this is a must have movie for collectionist....
