very funny movie. I had not seen this movie in a long time. My husband wanted me to find it for him & I got on ebay & found it for a great price.

Not too many golf movies out there that make you want to keep coming back for more and this is one of them. All time classic like Caddyshack. Needed it for a little support in the golf DVD collection. Also, another classic if anyone has not seen is Dead Solid Perfect! Must buy for any golf nut!

If your looking for a down to earth comedy and you like golf, you have got to check this movie out with Kevin Costner, Rene Russo, Cheech Marin and Don Johnson.

I bought this for my mom, since mother's day here in Costa Rica is August 15th, she got it on August the 22nd, not so late huh?, anyway my mom was happy and so was I, thanks for a great DVD, mom says it's in great shape!

Got the movie for a great price and then recieved it in the mail three or four days from the time that the bidding ended.

Smart and funny romantic comedy. Acting is superb. Story line is predictable but so are most romantic comedies. I would give it a 8/10 especially if you love golf.

Really have been wanting the DVD and CD for a long time and finally got it. Naturally, I love it and am enjoying both. Music's great and movie is funny.

Tin Cup is one of the best sports films ever made. However,I could see how someone might not like it,because they think golf is boring. I disagree with the thought of golf being boring,but everybody has a right to their opinion. The movie stars Kevin Costner,Rene Russo,Cheech Marin,and Don Johnson. Kevin Costner plays aging golf pro Roy Macvoy. He owns a run down driving range in the middle of nowhere. Roy is content in his life until he meets Molly played by Rene Russo. She wants a golf lesson because her boyfriend is a tour pro,and wouldn't you know her boyfriend David Simms an old competitor of Roy's. Don Johnson does an excellent job of conveying what a dirtbag this guy is. Therefore,Roy has to show Molly that he is as good as David by qualifying for the U.S. Open. Kevin Costner and Rene Russo make a great couple in the movie. You root for him to win the U.S. Open,but his go for broke philosophy does him in. Doesn't that remind you of someone else? Say Phil Mickelson. He had the U.S. Open won,and just keeping driver on the tee until he gave the tournament away. I never been much of a Cheech Marin fan,but he turns in a good performance as his caddy/friend who tries to get him to listen to reason out on the course with little success. Ron Shelton directed the film. He is a genius at sport films having done Bull Durham and White Men Can't Jump. Tin cup proves Kevin Costner is a good actor. Yes I know Waterworld sucked,but give the guy a break. Highly recommended for golf fans.

This was purchased as a gift. The DVD was in wonderful shape and when it was played it was perfect!

i purchased a dvd tin cup a film i couldnt find many places , took a few extra days to recieve it than i would have thaught but i have no problem with that and i would have no problem buying agian from this seller.. the item was what i expected and well worth the money i spent.

i have not recieved the item yet so i cant say anything about it. also i cannot contact the seller, that is what i have to say about this.

The perfect golf movie i could have done with a little less of the romantic side but still great.....

The shipping was fast and the video I got was in good condition. However, my card was charged more than my total order amount was.

Although Kevin Costner is adorable (but scruffy) in this movie, it wasn't my kind of movie. It's kind of sweet that Rene Russo seems to be attracted to Kevin anyway. She really gets behind him when he's competing in a golf tournament (even when he breaks all his clubs . . . what an idiot). Anyway, Cheech Marin is good as Kevin's caddy even though he gets fed up with him. The movie was okay, but not for everyone.

We bought this because our son had never seen the movie. His friends were always talking about it, and no one could believe he had never seen it, especially since he works at a golf course. It is one of the best golf movies you can watch.

We liked buying it on EBay, because we could pay what we wanted it for it by bidding. Also, because we knew we didn't have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to receive it, like we would if we special ordered it. We could not find it in any of the local stores.

This movie was filmed near Tucson, AZ where I live. Is a great movie for Golfer's or fans of the game.

this movie was received brand new sealed in box. the packaging showed very little wear. this was received in the condtion described on the ad. the starting bid and shipping was very reasonable. i needed this movie as a christmas gift. these older movies are sometimes hard to find (depending on the title). i would purchase again from this seller.

This movie is fun to watch because it portrays a type of life that I think many of us fantasize about living. While we're caught up in the everyday rat race some people like Roy McAvoy (Costner) are living in a run down texas golf range that he barely owns and playing golf pro to get by. They're betting on insignificant things like which bug will get zapped in the zapper next and just taking life slow and easy. The movie will remind you that you can still rise from such mediocrity and achieve great things with the right motivation, but it also says that slowing down and enjoying life might be a lot more important than gaining material possessions.
