Time Out of Joint
Time Out of Joint is a PKD book that follows the lives of a few people in a small town in what seems to be the 1950's. This book is not much in comparison to some of Dick's other works. This one lacks a satisfying conclusion, is unclear in purpose or direction, and is entirely too short. It seems almost as if the author became tired of the concept and decided to end the book almost immediately after the revelation is made. Overall, though, it is an interesting read and a great concept (way ahead of his time as usual) up until the ending.
