The Time of My Life by Lisa Niemi, Patrick Swayze (2009, Hardcover)

Still have not received....would like my money back or the book ASAP! It was a christmas present and every other item I ordered after it came BEFORE christmas!

I have not completed reading this book so I can't really give a good review. I know I did see Lisa Niemi on several talk shows promoting the book and I really liked Patrick Swayze so I think it is going to be good reading.

I bought it cause Swayze was and still is my IDOL!! Was painfull to read his bio now that he's gone, but at least i have the last hit he made in his career, time of my life, I LOVE IT

I decided to buy the book because Patrick Swayze has died recently and I was curious about his life. It was a very interesting book.

This was such a touching story. It was wonderful that they shared their life with the readers. I could not put the book down once I started!

I bought this book a few weeks ago and not only did I get an excellent price for it, it was in perfect condition. I am very pleased with my purchase.

My mom saw this book at Blockbuster. Said she wanted it. I got on here and ordered it that night. The price was great! About 40% off list price...

I never received this book due to a mix up from the post office. I am still hoping that someday the mix up will be corrected, along with other books that I ordered.

I bought this book for my wife, Renata, who is a big fan of Patrick Swayze.
We live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the book hasn't arrived yet in our country.
She started reading and is delighted!!!
She told me that it is a moving and emotional biography.
She recommends the book, no doubt!

This book is one you will want to read over and over. Each time I have read it I come away with more information and feeling I know them. Their's was a true love story, and I would recommend it to everyone.
I keep learning more about each movie, stage of their lives, and the real people behind it. Patrick and Lisa were not your typical "Hollywood" people. They were real people trying to live real lives in a very difficult setting. Life in the "limelight" is not easy, and I think they did a wonderful job, and thanks to Lisa they made it work. Patrick was a wonderful, but driven man, and Lisa supported him all the way. This is one book not to be missed! I would not part with this book. I't's a real "keeper". Thank you Lisa and Patrick for it.

The cd is the same one as if you were to purchase it at a concert. The quality was fantastic and so is the seller. Great sound.

this book started out as a gift for someone else, but then they already have a copy so it is mine now, i started reading it and didnt want to put it down once i did, it is a wonderfull book, it tells about what all his life was like and makes you realize how short our lives can be, i was sadened when he passed away i loved him in all his movies, when i began to read the book it made me realize that my life may be as short as his was due to a health problem i have, we dont know hoe special and good our lifes cut short due to a health problem, enjoy life while you can and who you have to share it with you never know when it will come to a end, try to have the time of your life the way patrick did, this book is great, i will read it more than once, the seller of this book was great and very helpfull i will order from them again and tell friends and family about them

Always loved Patrick, but never realize his sheer determination to be his own person. Shows alot of love for his wife and shares credit with her for his success. Died to young but shows what can be acomplished in the face of odds. My sympathy to his family, I am sure his loss is going to be am major hole in their lives, but having been there, losing alove one, the memory will always live inside you.A beautiful book.I plan to rewatch several of his movies with a new understanding of what motivated him.

I'm Patrick Swayze's biggest fan. I wanted to read about the great love that he share with his wife of forever and about his life and I was extremely satisfied with the contents of the book. It's a great book, a great love story, and I'm psyched!! I will recommend the book for anybody to read!!

Enjoyed watching Patrick Swayze in most of his movies, especially Dirty Dancing. Enjoyed reading the book of his life history. Patrick was a good actor and honest in his book. This man died young & will truly be missed in all aspects of life. Patrick was only 5 yrs older than me. You never know when life will come to an end.

I am so happy to get the book by Patrick Swayze after his passing. The seller was very considerate in shipping and even included a free gift!

Great Book!!! It is a true picture of his life - very uplifting! It tells his life as it was - not just the cancer - but everything - he tells how much he loved his wife - it was a magical love affair and he almost lost it and realized it and did something about it!

This book is very heart felt and very good reading. It takes you back at there he started from (Patrick Swayze). With his ups and downs he is into everything on showmanship up to the end of his life.

Such a touching and inspiring story. I learned so much from reading this book about never giving up and holding onto those things that matter most, "family." Thank you Patrick and Lisa for sharing so openly your life's history. The love you shared will always stay with you.
