I have always enjoyed the music of the Carpenter's. I purchased "As Time Goes By" for the reason of some of the other songs they have recorded in the past. I am pleased with it and listen to it quite often.

As Time Goes By, her voice is just as beautiful as everThis is a great CD for any Carpenters fan. The songs on this CD which have never been released before are worth what you pay for it alone. Karen teams up with two of the greats, Perry Como and Ella Fitzgerald for some beautiful medleys of their great classics. Karen's rich velvety voice is a hit once again, and Richard plays some mean piano. Their rendition of California Dreaming is not one for which I particularly care, it's different, but the rest of the CD gets an A+ from me. If you're a Carpenters fan, this is a must have for your collection.

as time goes by-carpentersI decided to buy this because they kept playing certain cuts from this disc on my favorite radio station, besides the carpenters are my favorite recording duo.
