
Time-Crunched Cyclist
This is a solid book from Chris Carmichael. It addresses specifically how to improve your cycling in about 6 hours of training per week. I enjoyed the book and look forward to utilizing the training program.
My only complaint is that the heart of the training program could have been summarized in a lengthy article, rather than having to read through the whole book. Having said that I am very glad that I purchased the book and thoroughly enjoyed reading it.
