Unlike the rest of the light gun genre when you shoot something and nothing happens but a bright flash; in this game it tears the environment to bits. The ability to shoot or destroy almost everything you see is one of this games most fun aspects. To accomplish your destruction of everything in sight you get a machine gun as your standard weapon. This is a much welcome change from previous Time Crisis titles where you have only a pistol and rely on your accuracy, this game gives you a powerful weapon to start with to wreck havoc right off the bat. While the game is incredibly fun to play it does lack any multiplayer capability like the other Time Crisis games, and we all know its more fun to shoot things with friends. It makes up for this with its two gun mode though so you can go akimbo, and play with two light guns at once. Overall, this game is exceptional but not having any multiplayer does hinder it but is worth a shot for any person who enjoys just letting loose and blowing up everything in sight.
