Synopsis When he goes to spend the summer with his great-aunt in the family's old house, eleven-year-old Drew is drawn eighty years into the past to trade places with his great-great-uncle who is dying of diptheria.
While staying with his great-aunt Blythe for the summer, 12-year-old Drew discovers a ghost in the attic, which is not only named Andrew, but is also 12 and looks exactly like him. Andrew convinces Drew to switch places, and the two boys wonder if they will ever be their real selves again.

Publisher's Note Mary Downing Hahn's latest ghost story is a fascinating tale of a unique friendship between two boys whose lives are eerily intertwined. Andrew can feel the presence of his ancestors in Great-Aunt Blythe's old house. His fantasies of ghosts and the past become all too real when another Andrew, who lived at the beginning of the century and died young, appears.
Industry Reviews "Another solid and enjoyable performance from this popular, award-winning author." Anderson
