Time After Time (DVD, 2008)

I've loved this movie ever since it came out, the premise is so clever and romantic. I love the idea of time-travel, and the idea of a historical figure popping into modern-day, and this is done so well! Keep in mind it was made in the '70s, so they didn't have Industrial Light & Magic, but get past the campy stuff and the story is great. I love the casting, David Warner is a perfect Jack the Ripper, Malcolm McDowell is the BEST H.G.Wells, I guess I like Mary Steenburgen as Amy. I also like the music from this movie, the soundtrack score is one of my often-played favorites.

I had been trying to find this dvd for the longest time, with no luck. It either was too expensive out of print or only avalible on vhs. I looked on e bay and in less than a minute found it not only on dvd but at a great price. I will definitley use e bay again.

I saw this movie about 15 years ago,it was pretty good,today its kinda boring,not that much action,you never see anybody geting stabed either.

Love science fiction,Based on one of H.G. Well's classic.

This is an excellent Sci-Fi movie dealing with duel subjects; Time travel and Jack-the-Ripper. I especially liked the concept of a person going into the future and becoming completely out-of-touch with his surroundings. Even the murderer seemed old-fashioned compared to today's horrors. I highly recommend this movie.
