Tim's Best
This album must be considered as one of Tim's very best. Stripped down, simple, soulful, it's the kind of CD to take along on a lazy summer day at the lake or a long drive in the Texas hillcountry. Watch the Wind Blow By seems to be the theme of this CD as well as one of the top five songs. Filling out the rest of the top five are Red Ragtop, That's Why God Made Mexico, Sing Me Home and Comfort Me. All but two of these songs haven't made it to radio but in that I find the album's appeal. Many time an artist puts out an album that's only greatness seems to be the songs one hears on the radio. This album's strengths aren't just in the radio songs however fabulous they are. When my CD's were stolen in November of 2005 this is one of the first that I replaced. Buy it for She's My Kind of Rain and Real Good Man. Love it for all fifteen songs.
