The Tick - The Complete Series (DVD, 2003, 2-Disc Set)

It's too bad this show (like so many others) was never given a chance to fully develop. It's based on the cartoon of the same name, but there are a few differences ( Deflatormouse and American Maid are now Batmanuel and Captain America), The Evil Eye Inn is also differently named, but the gist of the show is the same as the cartoon. Patrick Wharburton makes a great Tick and he seems to have caught the main parts of the character really well. I think with a few more episodes they may have really nailed the characters and the show may have developed into the equal of the cartoon (which is hilarious).
