Classic Imagination
Since my childhood in the sixties and seventies I have liked these television programs. I like them because they show art, ingenuity, and imagination. It takes no small amount of work to utilize models and marionette puppets to make a children's television show.
Also, the music used was phenomenal! They reflect the classics and classical marches.
Furthermore, Gerry Anderson had a knowledge of the developing technologies of that day. He was something of a 1960s Jules Verne.
Thunderbirds was the pinnacle of his work. Though some might prefer his semi-live action programs Space 1999 and UFO.
I recommend these programs for kids of all ages.
