I had to file a claim because the seller would not send me my book. The seller wouldn't answer any of my emails either. It was a bad experience.

Never received the book and when I contacted the seller not only did she not get back to me but she wouldn't refund me!!

I purchased this text as a course requirement. The font size is rather small allowing for a large amount of words per page. Needless to say, this results in lengthy chapters. Each chapter recommends many supporting books to read, which is great but with the excessive amount of material in each chapter, who has time to read additional books within the time frame of a semester? For institutions of education, this book would be an excellent source of reference regarding grade/age appropriate children's literature.

I received the book very quickly and it was in better condition than I thought it would be. The actual book is incredibly uninteresting but I needed it for a college class so it suits the purpose.

I bought this book for a library science class and enjoy all the examples provided along with the CD. The front and back cover are upside down from the text pages which I keep picking up the book to read and have to turn the book around.

This book was in excellent condition!! I haven't used it yet (I hate it when Professors order a book but you never use it!) but I can't wait, it looks really interesting, and there are no creased pages or tears or anything, it looks brand new.
