Title with "grow up," not suited for this movie.

I didn't like this movie like the first, "Three Smart Girls," with Deanna Durbin being younger and quite funnier. Also the middle sister in the first movie, was replaced by Helen Parrish in this one, who in previous movies with Deanna Durbin was a rival and quite a jealous and hateful spoiled girl, so she just didn't seem to be rightfully suited for this part (a nice girl). I was expecting the original sisters to be in this movie as well as the same actors playing the parents, which they were. A bit of a disappointment when the same cast of characters are not in the follow-up version; something in which you do expect, as it flows better. Deanna Durbin is trying to switch her sister's boy friends as they do not belong together, and gets herself into a bit of trouble in the process. In the end all works out well as expected. In the earlier version, the two sisters already had their boy friends, and you just expected in this movie that they were married, with family, and maybe a spark or two of being disagreeable with their spouses. If you watch the earlier movie you will definitely see the differences and come to really appreciate that movie over this one.
