Good resource for Ritschl's historiography, esp PietismReview created: 04/02/09

If you're a scholar of early modern church history, this book should be on your shelf. It is especially useful for the essay on Pietism (which was the introduction to Ritscl's famous work on the movement). For this essay alone, it is worth the price. The book offers a great perspective of the historiography into which Ritschl falls.
