Generic, not Thomas
) 
It's a nice generic short story about freight, but not a good "Thomas the Tank Engine" story. I was looking for a small "Thomas" book to read my son before bed. He didn't care for it much. There are characters from the series, but doesn't have the same feel. We much prefer "Thomas and the Shooting Star".
