I decided to purchase this book for my collection after finding it at our local musuem. I knew i could purchase this on e-bay for a cheaper price. We are inspired to learn about different cultures. This book is a native american legend that has been told to many generations. The art work in this book is of oil painting mystical quality.This book has inspired me to do a art project in fabric of the turtle with the thirteen areas of it's shell. The description of the change of seasons relating to mother earth and all of it's creatures is creative and beautiful.
