I wanted to purchase the book because Cold Mountain was a wonderful book and hoped that Thirteen Moons would be too.
Charles Frazier is a gifted story teller who captures the reader and will take you along on the journey with him. It's a great escape book. The main character of the story has lived a very interesting life. I would recommend this book to anyone who, like myself, enjoys a creative story about life.
