I had the books at one time they were lost in a major move. I am so happy to be getting them so I can read them again. This is my first experience on ebay, i was hospilized for a few days and could not get to a computer to pay right away. I purchased These Happy Golden Years for my daughter because I fondly recall reading it as a child. I have picked up most of the Little House books used, and have never had a problem with reading a used book. When I was not able to located this title at a local flea market, I turned to e-bay. Even with shipping, it cost less than buying a new book and chopping down more trees for it. I hope to be able to pass the collection on to another girl when my daughter outgrows it. The Little House series is a story of an idealistic life in the late 1800s. Many girls learned what the know about the trials pioneers faced by reading these stories by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
