The Way I Am by Eminem, Sacha Jenkins (2008, Hardcover)

I am a huge Eminem fan and had to have this book. I have everything else of his. The book lets you get to know Marshall Mathers a little better. Not real in depth and written sort of choppy, not exactly like I expected an autobiography type book to be. Overall good. DVD in back is just random back scenes stuff, nothing impressive about the DVD.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM. TRIED TO CONTACT SELLER BUT NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE BACK. WOULD NOT BUT AGAIN.

the book is good and has some good photos and interesting stories but it's a little dissapointing reading it as a book cause it reads more like a big magazine. very easy reading but it's still good.

Eminem is my weakness. This book did not dissapoint. (I only buy hardcovers) I was completely entertained and satisfied with the honesty..as usual. The book is extra large with thick colored pages. Top shelf binding and surprise cover. The perfect coffee table book that is indistructable... all though you wouldnt want anyone to touch it regardless. That's just me. Buy It!!

interesting read if you want to know about his life which is really interesting. Except it should come with a rating like movies. VERY HEAVY R almost X rating. no way should minors be allowed to purchase it. but that was sort of expected, I guess just shocked at how much rated R+.

This is a very good book and would recommened it to anyone. I read it the first day and it was a very good read.Thanks for the book

If you are a big Eminem fan, you know much about his life, but there are some things you might like in here, like in the beginning he has a chapter all on Proof, and if you follow Marshall, you know what happened to Proof who was his best friend. What you will love is the pictures he put all throughout this book, and at the end he has a lot of his lyric sheets on paper. There is even a bonus DVD that is like 10 minutes long.

I new I was going to buy this book when I heard it was coming out. Living in Michigan I am a big Eminem fan. He has been quiet for a few years now so I was interested in what he was doing now. I looked in a few stores and couldn't find it so I decided to go on Ebay. Ebay is pretty much the place for me to buy books and CD's for better prices. In the store the book was going for $40.00. I got it for $23.00 brand new. It is a unique book. It is actually written in his own words. He is honest without being brutal in the book. Theres alot of pictures and interesting clippings in it. It is the best Eminem book out there. I am glad I purchased it and would recommend it to any Eminem fan.
