This book IS the ultimate sourcebook whether you are a beginner like me or someone who would like to improve your skills. This is a definite must have! Report this review The book is exactly what I wanted - very informative on tools needed, how to begin with this type of embroidery, and the examples included in the book are easy to understand. The book is full of illustrations in color and in black and white which makes the photographs and diagrams much more easier to comprehend. I'm just a beginner quilter with only five projects completed and I wanted to start on a new project and this book has directed me in the right direction - been to the fabric store, trying to locate needles and thread, but I've got my ideas on graph paper so I'm really excited to begin my project. So many times I purchase a book, sight unseen, and is disappointed when book is received. But this book is definitely a REAL Sashiko sourcebook! Review ID: 10000000007723818 Was this review helpful?
