The Ugly Dachshund (DVD, 2004)

THIS IS A GREAT CLASSIC. I HAVE TWO DOXIES AT HOME AND JUST CAN IMAGINE BRINGING IN A BIGGER DOG. BOTH OF MINE HAVE THAT LITTLE "BIG" DOG SYNDROME THAT YOU HEAR ABOUT. MINE ARE SO SMALL, BUT WILL TAKE ON ANYTHING. THIS WAS A GREAT PURCHASE, THE MOVIE WORKS GREAT.

Even tho it was an older movie it was still a nice family type movie. I'd buy it for my granddaughters too, ages 7 & 8. I'm sure they'd like it too.

We love this movie and I bought it for my daughter who is 22 but she grew up watching it and has always loved it. I think she will be surprised they put it on dvd. It got here quick and looks to be in good condition. Thanks Sheri~

Love this movie!! So funny. Suzanne Pleshette & Dean Jones are hiliarious, oh and the dogs too!! Great family movie. Brings back alot childhood memories. Love movies from the sixties!!

I bought this movie as a gift for a fellow dachshund owner. I have watched this movie and just love it. Kids enjoy it because of the dogs and its something you can let your kids watch because its a nice, clean movie. I am so happy Disney decided to release this movie on DVD. I have two copies on video. All around cute movie especially for dachshund owners and people who have a little dog and a big dog for pets!

As an owner of Doxies I had to have this movie. I couldn't remember seeing it before but knew that if it was Disney it had to be good entertainment. I was so glad that I purchased my copy through Ebay. This movie was fun to watch and will be one I will steer my grandchildren to when they come to visit.

Very wholesome funny movie about a family in love with their beloved dachshunds. One day on the way to the vet for delivery of puppies, the husband falls in love with a great dane puppy and takes it home with the little puppies. The puppy grows way to fast and becomes a destructive chaotic distruption to the family and the wife says it has to go. A very good family film that kids will enjoy. If you are a dog lover you will enjoy this movie.

I bought this movie because I have a Dachshund. This movie is for any & all animal lovers :-). It is funny & made for the entire family, young & old. You can't go wrong watching this movie. The dogs, including the Great Dane, will have you laughing non-stop.

There is nothing about this movie I didn't like. It is a must see.

Great for family night! My 12 year old actually liked it, which surprised me due to the age of the movie. I recommend this if your looking for something to watch with the kids or you're an animal lover, you won't be disappointed.

I watched the movie on the television one night why my girlfried fell asleep. I didn't want to watch it at first and I ended up watching the whole thing. So I decided I would buy it on ebay because I felt like she should watch it. She is really going to enjoy it for sure. Thanks.

This is a great old, family movie. I saw this years ago as a child and forgot about it until I saw it on ebay. I love dogs and always have. My daughter loves them just as much, if not more than me. I definitely knew she would love it. She has a number of Scooby Doo movies and our whole family loves them. I told her that this was a real movie about a great dane. I couldn't wait to see it again. There is no bad language or scary scenes, like the new movies of today. It's very funny and a great movie for anybody of any age.

My husband and I are raising dachshunds.They are facinating.The movie is one that I recall loving as a child.It is one I will enjoy watching with young my grand daughters.

This is a family movie that is dear to my heart from my childhood that is full of laughter. It is about a dog that is a runt of the litter that is taken in by a dauchsand did I mention that the runt is a great dane? Well,the dog thinks he is small and that is truly all i need to say.

I love this movie!!! It is extremely funny. Walt Disney productions truly expose the nature of both the Great Dane and the Dachshund aka Doxie aka Doxhund. I am the proud owner of four wieners and a Black Lab and the Doxies run the show while the Labrador is the body guard. I strongly suggest this movie to all audiences.

A clean family movie about a Great Dane that was raised with Dachhunds.He does'nt realize how big he is.This is not a far fetched plot because I own Great Danes and they don't realize how big they actually are.A Great Dane thinking he's the size of a dachhund.Let the mayhem begin!
