The Taste of Home Cookbook (2008, Hardcover, Revised)

I LOVE this book.... I am far from a talented cook and have never had a natural talent for making anything edible. I have tried a ton of cookbooks and everything comes out bland and boring. Then I got this cookbook... I highly recommed it for anyone. The instructions are EASY to follow and error proof for the those that lack talent in the kitchen. As well, my husband (a thoroughly experienced cook due to necessity) did not find the cookbook overly simplified or condescending to his level of expertise. The meals that I have tried from the cookbook have met with rave reviews from my surprised family members and guests. The recipes aren't exotic, they are every day home tried staples along with some new twists. A+++ recommendation!

I have had excellent experiences in the whole time I've been register with the exception of the last few purchases which I paid through paypal and my items I never received but ebay and paypal investigated those purchases and protected me. I then have as a follow up been credited back my money. So due to those reasons I notched it down to Good as far as the sellers I've come across lately. But I am sure this is just a temporary thing and things will pick up.
I watch closely the descriptions of the products I bid on and the deliveries have been speedy from the sellers I have received product from!I do not purchase products out of the United States with a certain exception from Canada in my past purchases.

This is a very well written cookbook. It is geared for all levels of cooking -with great step-by-step instructions that even a novice cook can follow, yet someone who loves to cook will also treasure. The book is broken down into specific categories with many tasty recipes in each. The variety of foods included are also superb. I love that each recipe has a picture showing what the finished product will look like. The meals are tasty and also the fact that they give tips on how to make larger portions, or cut down the amount, with the correct measurements is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this book. The ingredients are easily found in your cupboard and are not out of the ordinary needed to complete a meal. I have bought other Taste of Home cookbooks and have always been very pleased with the content.

I just love the Taste of Home Cookbooks... The recipes are great and easy to make. This book came in great condition and I am enjoying reading it. I collect cookbooks and am very proud to add these to my collection.

I really love this Cook Book it is almost one of my favorites I have found something for every taste bud in my home, the recipes are delicious & easy to follow & most of the ingredients are either already in your pantry or freezer or at you local market you don't have to go to a gourmet market to buy what you need for the recipes,I love the fact that its in a binder format it make it easier to use it just lats flat when you use it & it comes with a splash guard to keep pages clean which is a wonderful idea in itself because it is so easy to make a mess & the pages are hard to clean but the splash guard just simply whips clean & never ruin your pages I love it,I even use it with my other cook books as well.I am collecting all of the Taste of Home Cook Books they are a must have for every kitchen.
