I lost 25 pounds in no time at all! In January our hot water heater flooded our house while we were away and my book was ruined. I knew I had to get another one as soon as possible! It is so easy to follow and the recipes are excellent! I would recommend this diet and book to anyone with health problems or someone just wanting to lose weight.
