
Mystery

The reason for my title "Mystery" is because I ordered this book back on July 2, 2009, and to date I have yyet to receive it from the selller although Ebay gratefully took the money from my credit card account. To no avail, I attempted to contact the seller at least four times (no response). I contacted Ebay and was graciously transferred to a young lady either in India or Pakistan or some other region of the country that their customer service is outsourced to. This lady proceeded to read from a script not really caring about my personal issue, just as long as she read what was required as I could hear her turning the pages. I just recently received a computer generated email form email from Ebay asking me if I received my merchandise yet because they noticved I also filed a complaint with them. Its ironic they are requesting I complete this survey and additional "are you satisfied forms" when I still do not have my merchandise. My nnext step is to contact my credit card company and file a claim of theft in order to reclaim my money back since Ebay does not seem to want to intervene. Hope this is clear enough for all to understand my experience.
