The Power of a Praying Woman by Stormie Omartian (2002)

I loved this book so much I had to buy one to replace the one I gave a friend. I like the way Stormie Omartian's writes. The book is interesting from beginning to the end.

I've been reading it a bit at a time so I can think about what is written. I feel it is helping in my Christian groth.

I love this book and use it often. I just purchased two copies for my daughters (19 & 21) since they are having to make so many decisions in their own lives and face so many of "real life" issues.

This is a powerful book for women to read to get in touch with their spirituality and spend time in Gods word each day. it is easy to understand and the chapters are short enough to spend time in each morning. I enjoy the truthfulness of Stormie O'Martians words, she speaks from her heart in helping women look at and pray for the various areas in their lives. Her other books, The Power of a Praying Wife and The Power of a Praying Parent are also powerful for those areas in adult lives. I bought this copy for a friend.

The book was used and in absolutely EXCELLENT condition. Order was shipped quickly. Would definately buy from sell again.

I am in a bible study for power of the praying women. I purchased the book for extra material, but it is great. there is nothing like prayer and this teaches you one more way to see that.

Please read any of her "Praying series". And if you are a new
Christian these books are so helpful. The books have reference to books
in the Bible to help you understand what the Bible says for today's Christian life styles. You will find all your answers there in the Bible to any of today struggles issues. So, go ahead and buy any of Stormie's books. Thanks to Stormie and her husband, and Pastor for bringing this to us.

I like anything written by this author - Stormie Omartian, in fact, this is my 2nd copy of this book. I gave away my first copy as a birthday gift to my friend.
Stormie writes with compassion and does not talk down to anyone. This book is great for anyone who has a heart to grow in their spiritual walk and to have a closer connection to God through prayer.

This book is so great, I buy it for all of my friends. It helps me look at areas in my life and assists me in praying for what God wants for me! Omartian references the bible through out the book, so you know that everything is biblically based. LOVE IT! I keep re-reading it at different points in my life.

This is the best in the Stormie O'Martian series. It is well written, an easy read with beautiful prayers to inspire you and help you on your walk with God. It prepares your mind to be in His presence. I don't think it is just for women, the principles and wording seem unisex to me.
