Tim Burton draws attention to any of his work - people tend to love him or hate him... but with the Nightmare Before Christmas, Tim Burton has created a visually stunning masterpiece. The Nightmare before Christmas is a stop-motion animated movie following Pumpkin King Jack Skellington (Love the name!!) who chases what he thinks will be the finer life in Santa Claus's land. But Jack Skellington struggles to leave his world - Halloween!
The beauty of The Nightmare Before Christmas is that its beautifuly created and assembled. In fact, it was nominated for an Academy Award. I own it on DVD, I lost my VHS copy, so i found a new one. it is a good movie for older kids, it would probably scare the you younger ones. its a fun and twisted Christmas movie that would be great to watch the whole year round.

This is a great movie that changed an entire industry. These videos are hard to come by much less in there original packaging. These are great collectors gifts and just a great gift for fans of all ages. Although dvds are popular you can be sure you're getting a first press with a VHS copy.

This is a very hard to find movie.This movie is locked in the Disney vault and is not available for purchase in the retail stores. My daughter wanted it for her Tim Burton collection for Christmas. After searching in my hometown I thought of Ebay and I found several for bid and after losing out a few times I finally won! Ebay is a wonderful source for those hard to find gifts. A few days later I found out that my boss had been searching for the same movie and guess what I found it again on Ebay, this time it was a "buy it now" and I instantly had another movie for my friend.

I saw a portion of this movie on TV and wanted to see the rest. When I went out to buy it I found out that it was put in the vault and was not available. I went to e-bay and found the VHS version because it was less expensive. I will probably buy the DVD once it comes out of the vault. I watched it over the Christmas holiday and I love the music in this movie plus it is very creatively done.

I loved How fast it was sent to us, and wrapped extra special with a Christmas home made bow on the DVD was way cool. Nice personal touch never expected.BUT not until after I have bought 2 of the same DVD's from different sellers did I learn about region free dvd players. Ours is region 1 and I bought region 2 and region 5! My own fault, 1st time e-bayer...But would buy from this gentleman again, fast, personal touch,delivered what he showed. 3 thumbs up!!!

The Nightmare Before ChristmasI bought it because the price was great and seller assured me it was a genuine copy. It was real alright, actually a store demo copy that displays not-for-sale text at the bottom of the screen every couple of minutes. "She" said it was a copy from her private collection for her grandkids.

This movie is currently making the rounds in IMAX theaters and I hope it is leading up to be rereleased on DVD. Currently, it is impossible to find...even on VHS.
This is a classic dark Tim Burton tale of love and goodness with a touch of darkness and whimsy. The songs are great too!

This is truly a Tim Burton Masterpiece!
The highly detailed stop action animation will amaze you and each time you watch you will see something new.
The unique idea of having Halloween and Christmas cross paths is brilliant! What kid would not love having their 2 favorite Holidays all rolled up in one.
Although Kids Love it Adults will love it. As a mater of fact I know MANY adults including myself who collect the toys and collectables.

Daughter loves the movie. Bought one for her for Christmas, Brand new from a seller on Ebay. Never got the movie, with shipping I paid $35.oo. Lost out on all but the $10.00 ebay didn't take after I had to file a dispute for non-receipt. Needless to say, she was heartbroken on Christmas morning when the one thing she asked for was not there. Because it was too hard to find anywhere else. and I couldn't afford another $35.00 people were asking for the DVD on ebay for that movie. I decided after Christmas to buy a used one from someone and it was a great experience. It was good packaging, authentic disney movie. No movie sleeve but she didn't care. she loves the movie. Reasonable shipping costs. it made her day.
