Dan bleed purple and gold, and saw LSU games from the very early 1930's until is death.
His book is well researched and may not have the flow of Pete's work, it does have more information on LSU that adds to Pete's great work.
Well worth having in you book case.
I have his notes that he kept while working on his book, which show the work he put into his book.
I wish he had been around to see the 03 and 07 BCS Championship teams, I hope they bought smile to him.
