Zelda Oracle of Ages Is agreat game with plenty of zelda goodness and the connection with Oracle of Seasons was cool. Not many people know that this was intended to be a three game set, but the Oracle that never was, was to hard to link with the other two and was scrapped.
The two greatest gameboy games in the world. If you dont have a gameboy and your a Zelda fan you have to get both of these games to experience Zelda at its best. Also Twilight Princess on Wii ROCKS
I purchased this off ebay in slightly used condition, since its rather hard to find new games for my old game boy color. I had never been exposed to Zelda before and was excited to try it. It arrived safe and sound to my house in perfect working order and I eagerly began working my way through the first few levels. I found it to be very enjoyable, though a little extra challenging. Luckily with the internet its really easy to find a free walkthrough for the game so I can quickly move through the parts I'm not sure how to do.
I chanced upon Oracle of Seasons a little later on ebay and decided to give it a go as well. It arrived in a similar manner and since I already understood how the game would play-out it was easier to start. Although Ages and Seasons came out together, they have refreshingly different stories, levels, places to see, and monsters to beat-up. I prefered Seasons because it was a little easier to get through, but I like them both a lot.
I alway be a fan of "The Legend of Zelda" video games but this is the first for Game Boy that involve all the basic characters except Gagnon. The best thing I like is the way the kept the problem solving method of the dungeons. By trying to figuring out how to continued solving the puzzle, kept me wanting to continue the game. For all the Link and Zelda fans, this is a must game to have.
i enjoyed this installment to the zelda games. It was a bit different then the oldschool SNES games or the N64 games, but it was good. It was very cool that if you linked this game with its counterpart, it would open up secret events.
I BOUGHT THIS GAME FOR CHRISTMAS TO GIVE IT TO MY DAUGHTER. I RECEIVE IT IN TIME BUT THE GAME DON'T WORK. I SEND A E-MAIL TO THE PERSON A BOUGHT IT BUT NEVER REPLY MY E-MAIL. SHE IS SAD BECAUSE HER LOVE THIS GAME I SHE CAN'T PLAY WITH THE GAME.
I bought this game in 2001(i forgot the date) this is an excellent game if you want to slove hard puzzles have fun and really work it is a zelda game and it is great.
This is part 2 of a tandem of Zelda games for the GBC; the first being Oracle of Seasons (I have both). They are connected by various secrets in both games. Things learned in the second game unlock things in the first and vice versa. If you're going to get one I suggest getting the other. The game is what you would expect from a Zelda title, FUN! The gameplay is like Link to the Past(SNES) due to the limitation of the GBC, but still FUN! I love Zelda games and this game is no exception. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 is b/c I'm kind of a hardass about giving 5's.
I have always been a fan of the zelda series for nintendo. This was one of the games that I had never purchased before or played. Now it is a rare item to get. You can no longer purchase this item in stores. At places like Gamestop it is very difficult to find in the used section. I had never been on ebay before until I started looking for this item. When I found out that this item was available on ebay I was very pleased. I immediately signed up to ebay and started bidding. I am so glad that I did. This game is great. It is everything the buyer said it would be. The game play is great. The cartridge is in great condition and works perfectly without any problems. I have enjoyed my purchased.
This is a great game from the Zelda saga! Hours of gameplay with a wonderful storyline. We bought it through eBay namely because the seller had excellent feedback and a SUPER price no retailer could beat. It arrived FAST and in perfect working order.
I didn't even know about this game until I saw it on E-bay. I purchased it & couldn't put it down! This game is really great!!!! It gets harder & harder as you go along but that's half the fun. Check out on line www.zelda.com for ways to past the game if you are stuck.
Both this game and the seasons game are great. This one was more fun to me because it had a little more of a challenge to it. However, if you are more of a starter on zelda, I still would buy this one,(since it is a great game) but work on the seasons first.
This is a very good Zelda game. I prefer the ages over the seasons for the reason of more puzzles to solve. I am a fan for Zelda games. So in a sense I love all the Zelda games. This game takes longer than one hour to complete. Been playing it off and on for over a week now. If you are a fan or a newcomer to the Zelda series, I recommend this game.
