Presented by many as one of the most anticipated game any platform has seen in a very long time, LEGEND OF ZELDA for Nintendo Game Cube delivers an older main character, Link, in a more spirited display. For those who have been disappointed by the last batch of ZELDA offerings, the enhancements and detail given to expansive worlds with beaming heat forces, upgraded lighting, and particle engines are worthy of notice and sure to impress even the most inflexible fan. In LEGEND OF ZELDA, the King of Evil, Ganon, has escaped from the Dark World. He kidnapped the honored princess of Hyrule, Princess Zelda, but before she was abducted she was able to break the Triforce of Wisdom and spread the eight pieces it broke into all over the kingdom of Hyrule. Link has avowed to retrieve both the Triforce pieces and Princess Zelda. The classical feel of the original ZELDA is beautifully retained even though the entire game has an overall more edged feel. Fans of the series who have loved each installment and even those who lost interest after the first few installments will want to have this release for an overall satisfying experience.

Special Features
Horseback riding is a new and key element in the game play. A great deal of combat takes place on horseback enabling Link to bump his adversaries off their war-horses. Shifting camera system that allows for views behind the back and from above. Camera can be locked during battles. All new characters.
