The Super NES Hit Goes Portable

I honestly don't know what to say what was not to like about this, the one and only great game in this series for Super NES. The series took a strange and unexpected turn on the NES after the first game, the Legend of Zelda. The Adventures of Link was a little odd, although still enjoyable. Along came then a Link to the Past on Super NES, returning the series to what made it so great in its debut in the very first Zelda. Amazing graphics, great gameplay you'd come to expect from any game in the Zelda series, the music that would stick in your head long after playing, and a storyline that would creatively unfold piece by piece while playing the game, which in turn would make the game's scope much larger than one would initially perceive upon the game's start, with the plot turns that would occur.

Now several years later, Nintendo would re-release this to be enjoyed all over again on the portable platform, and the results are amazing. Everything in the original version is here and is easily replayed on the GBA in terms of playability. If that wasn't enough, this game pak also comes with a multi-player game, Four Swords, which if you happen to have others with the game and a GBA, may be worth your time as well, if you happen to know anyone who has this as well. Bottom line, Link to the Past itself will be more than a great experience all over again by itself, and especially if you missed this the first time around.

Zelda Gameboy Game for less money than in stores
Review created: 08/03/06
3 of 9 people found this review helpful.

I bought this game for my son. He loves playing games, but, I find it hard to keep up with buying the games, because in stores games are so expensive. I try to look on Ebay every now and then for a good deal. I felt this was a good deal for the amount of money spent. I came in great working condition, and has provided hours of fun already.
Feedback is extremely important to me. I'll pay more for a certain item, if the seller has better feedback than verses another seller selling the same item cheaper, if that seller happens to have poor feedback. I find myself doing that alot.
This game I purchased came to my house in a reasonable amount of time, for the shipping option I choose or was provided. And, for less money and without the trip to the store, using gas up, which is so expensive right now.

Legend of zelda: A Link to the past w/ The Four Swords

This game is classic Link. Fun game, i have not been able to play the four swords version, however, since it takes 3 more gameboy advances with the same game to play it. a link to the past, however, is great fun. It is still a bit of a challenge, although i've beat it a couple of times.

A Must Have GBA Adventure Title! Excellent Game!
Review created: 01/16/07
2 of 2 people found this review helpful.

This is a classic must have adventure game for the GBA. The graphics are very clear, smooth game play, and plenty of puzzles to figure out.

If you want a game that you can play a few hours a day, over a few weeks, or months, it doesn't get better than this.

If you love any of the Zelda titles, you will surely love A Link to the Past for the GBA. I played solo, never the Four Swords, and had a ball!

What are you waiting on? Buy it now and enjoy!

The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past (Game Boy Advan

The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past originally released in america in 1992 for the Super NES was by far one of the best games of its time. The game was later on released for the game boy advance and also included a multi-player game (the four swords) which took the main character of Zelda and put him into a totally different multiplayer gamve that you could play with friends.

Cool Puzzle BasedGame - Hours of Fun for All Ages
Review created: 09/11/08
by:
1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

This seems to be the beginning of the well thought-out interactive and puzzle based Zelda games. There are older Zelda games, but this one seems to be the basis for all the new ones that followed (and many may find this one the best). Both older and younger players will enjoy this. The challenges, puzzle (riddles), and tasks appeal to both the 40 year old and the 12 year old in our home. The original non-mobile Nintendo version (NES or Super Nintendo) has a bug where it loses all the memory and HOURS of work and progress are lost. Apparently, this Game Boy Advance version does not have the problem and we are able to enjoy it on a home system console by using the Game Boy Advance player/adaptor with our Game Cube.

Get a PS3 absolutely free! This is 100% legitimate
Review created: 09/11/08

1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

I’m sure you've seen various 'free' gift scams on the Internet, but the following offers are NOT scams in any way, shape or form. This method has been covered by respectable sources such as CNN, MSNBC, Fox, Wired and G4.
The reason these companies make money, is because most people don't bother getting all the referrals. All you have to do is post it on eBay. They use us as advertisement by word of mouth which saves them tons of money that goes toward yours and my free gift.

There are many well known legitimate offers to choose from such as Blockbuster online, Netflix, Gamefly which are services you would regularly sign up for anyways and their all secure networks, why not use them to get a free PS3 or cash. Look at the offers and choose the one that works for you. After signing up and completing your one offer, simply refer a few people (depending on the FREE prize you choose) to do the same under your link.
Step 1: Click this link
http://www.YourPS34free.com/index.php?ref=4991526
Step 2: Sign up and chose an account type (Referral is the easiest and best).
Step 3: Complete just 1 free trial offer (like Stamps.com, You will start a trial and can cancel it right after with no charge at all.)
Step 4: Refer to people to do the same. Just do what I’m doing and use eBay.
Step 5: Receive your PS3 for FREE!

For proof that this is for real, click on the link below. It's the
company that is behind everything.

excellent port from the s-nes! everything is identical except a few added features, like link's yell and a few other maybe some graphical updates. Amazing game, and is definatley a must own. For all ages!

The cartridge also has the four swords on it. this is a Great multi-player game! it's maybe 4-5 hours long, and soo much fun. I think you can play it by yourself as well.

All in all, this is one of the best games for the game boy advance, and has at least 40-70 hours of wonderful game play. Must Own.

The Legend Of Zelda: LTTP/4 Swords
Review created: 08/06/08

this is the way a game should be made... if only the 4 Swords game was single player (i can't play it because I don't know anyone with the game!), so I can't comment about that game, but the fun (and difficulty!) of the Link to the Past game more than makes up for it!

The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Four Swords-GBA
Review created: 07/29/08

This is a very long and deep action-adventure game. It is one of the best GBA titles ever created. You can even get 3 friends that have the cartridge and with the help of a GBA connector, you can have one of the most enjoyable times on this handheld game. Don't believe me, try it yourself. You won't be sorry you did.

Zelda has always been ont of the best RPGs ever. This has all the same great zelda action, adventure, puzzling dungeons, as before, in a convient traveling size gameboy advance game. I got it for the multiplayer features which I have not yet played, but I'm sure its just as cool.

I love Zelda game boy games. I haven't gotten into the more 3D ones (N64, Nintendo DS, etc.) because I really like the old-school layout of the game. If you like this game, I also recommend Link's Awakening and the Minish Cap. I wish they made more like these!!
