The Langoliers (VHS, 1995)

I love the over-the-top, sometimes funny, sci fi flick, a two tape show.

I did not like ths portions of the second tape were inaudible whicih was not said in the description.

When contacting the seller, he offerred to have me send it back and upon receipt he would refund the cost. This was completely unacceptable because the tapes' was about $3, the shipping was $3+, and if I sent it back, I would be out twice the cost of the tape. My net balance on this thing would be almost a minus $7 with no product to show for it.

This is not an acceptable way of doing business.

Kudos Stephen King! I watched this film a long time ago when it first aired on tv..I couldn't remember much about it so when I found this one for only $1.00 I grabbed it on the spot..The Langoliers is about 7 people all very different..all unique..they board a plane and fall asleep mid flight when they awaken all is not well..the other Passengers have disappeared leaving behind their personal possession including dentures, jewelry, wallets, walkmans just to name a few..what's left behind is a mystery..good thing one of the passengers left behind is a mystery writer..also a blind Girl with fantastic hearing and a rude bully whose childhood abuse left him scarred and much needed by the other Passengers..and yes even an off duty airline pilot on his way home after hearing of his ex wifes death in a fire! This movie will have you gasping in surprise..I'm sure alot in the book was left out of this film, but the 3 hours you will spend watching it is time well spent! A great film for the whole family..not recommended for younger viewers!!

I bought this movie because it has been so long since I have seen it. Still as weird as I remember. :-)
