I enjoyed the additional comments and insights. I like the way the ingredients are set off in a green box, but the readability is reduced by the green text. Use black text in the green box, instead, and maybe a larger font.

Paula breaks down the recipes so that anyone can make them. Her charming, southern style comes through in little anecdotes throughout her books.
She talks to you as if she were standing in your kitchen right beside you as you were cooking along.

This book is absolutely perfect. There are so many different types of dessert recipes and you are bound to find something in this cookbook for any occasion. The layout is perfect with easy to read print and easy to follow recipes. So many of the recipes call for items one might already have in their refrigerator or pantry, eliminating the need to have to run to the store to purchase several ingredients. Paula Deen has published another winner in my opinion.

I am a stay at home mom who cooks every day. I love new and exciting cook books. This is one of the best onces i have seen. It has so much new stuff to try, They are writen so that any one can follow them. Even my children have been making things out of this cook book. And they are all so good. The book has new and exciting things in it instead of just the same old thing. Love Paula Deen and her down home cooking.

I watch all of Paula Deen's cooking shows and had all of her cookbooks except the desserts one....Rather than buy it in a bookstore I took a chance that someone was selling it on Ebay and I won the book. It arrived in perfect condition and I am someone who loves to cook and bake on a daily basis...Everyone who likes unique and classic desserts should buy this book as I have already made about 20 recipes from this book.

I knew that I had to have Paula's latest cookbook and it was on deserts, my favorite. I really like this book because it has all new recipes that are easy and you do not need the entire grocery store to make them. It is not a really a large book but all the things in there are useful and good. I would definitely recommend this book to all cooks and especially Southern Girls like me.

I bought the book because I just love watching her on her F N show. But since getting her book some of the ones I have already tried have quickly become some of the family favorites. I am soooooooo looking forward to hopefully being able to go to her restaurant. I know she doesn't show around there much, But I still am one day hoping to go there.
