I still get several emails a week from Diane Kennedy offering me tips and tricks on real estate investing. I have enjoyed her books and her speeches. She is a good motivational speaker and she teaches in plain english.

I write alot of reveiws on alot of books.

I want all my students to know that I firmly believe that you should always be reading a new book to expand your knowledge. You can never know too much about this business and even if a book teaches you one principle, or gets you to look with a little more studiousness for that next deal then you got your moneys worth.

This is a great book to keep your skills focused and your eyes on the ball.

Dianne Kenedy has been around a much longer time than Dolf De Roos but the two of them make a great team in this book.

Dolf likes to keep things simple and Dianes knowledge of the business make this dynamic duo a great combo for authoring this book.

A great read for newbies or those just getting their feet wet. Lots of information packed in this book with a much lower sales hype volume than most of the genre that is currently published.
