The Hollow by Nora Roberts (2008, Paperback)

Easy read. 2nd in a series of the '7' Series, picks up the story line from Blood Brothers. The guys and girls continue to battle the evil in the hollow. They soon discover that they are all somehow mysteriously related to the 'evil' from the ancestors. Somehow they have all been pulled together in this tiny town to join their 'past lives' to contain the evil that inhabits the hollow and returns with a vengence every 7 years. Not a spellbinder, but very good reading - just like anything else Nora Roberts does. Waiting for the final book of the series due out in September. Great series to take on vacation.

Volume 2 of The Sign of Seven Trilogy keeps up the pace of both the adventure and the romance. This book focuses on Fox and Layla and their struggle to work together with their abilities while not being overwhelmed by their physical attraction for each other. The enemy or demon increases the incidents of visions and dreams to both unnerve and harm the six as the seven days approach.

Nora Roberts writes amazing stories! This one is a bit more fanciful than her usual stuff. There are 6 main characters in this series, but each book focuses on a pair. Great book! Hope the last one comes soon :)

I love Nora Roberts and I own about 75 of her books and I have not found one
yet that I didn't like. She keeps you in suspense all the way through the book.
I do not like putting the book down once I start on it.

i read the first one so i wanted to read the second one and now i cant wait til the third one comes out!! :)

Another hit! Plot and character development flows smoothly.
Like all of her stories,I couldn't put this one down until it was finished. It will be hard to wait until December for the last book but I'm sure with the next 2 new books due out in July and Nov 08, she will keep her fan base happy.

This book is just as good, if not, better than the first in the series!! It keeps you on the edge of your seat! Its too bad we have to wait so long for the rest of the series!

A definite page turner, couldn't put it down. Husband had read the first in this trilogy and was adamant we get the other two books.

Love her stories,top of the genre. She could cut back a little on the sexual situations and stop using the GD word, but other than that, her works are a can't put down till you finish type of work. I will continue to collect her works and reread them in the future.

Read the other one. I have read the 1st one and love. If you like a mystery this is a exllent one, a good read.

Another great book by Nora Roberts. I could hardly put the book down. It was very suspenseful. I could not wait to get the final book. Her books are very addicting.

I am writing this review, not about the Nora Roberts book that I purchased, but about many puzzles I have purchased. You have never given me an opportunity to write a review on any of those, which amount to 50. However, here I will tell you why I am NOT buying any more puzzles through E-Bay. Most people lie. That is what I take away from my experience with E-Bay. And when they lie, they won't admit it, nor will they deal with you on returns. Furthermore, E-Bay itself does not really allow you to leave either neutral or negative feedback. E-Bay makes it so difficult you finally just give up. I have a felling that's because E-Bay makes it's money off sellers, not buyers. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I've been hoodwinked by sellers; and I also thing some sellers get on other e-mail and run up the price. I can't prove that, but I do have that opinion, and why wouldn't they, it would be so easy to do. So, I hope you will read this and understand that some items that are sold on E-Bay are so easily lied about and then sellers will not talk to you about it. I am frustrated and will not be using e-bay again. It was a sorry experience, one that cost me a lot more money than it should have because of the dishonesty of some sellers

Have just become a Nora Roberts fan. This story is quite engrossing. The book arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. Am now reading the rest of the trilogy.

This book was a brilliant sequal to the first book. It is more romantic and is less about Quinn and Cal's relationship and more about Fox's and Layla's relationship. They were really into finding the diaries and also finding some spell and figure out how to re create the blood ritual of sorts the boys did when they were ten years old. Figuring, something they did let it loose maybe it could put it back. This book has bloodshed and romance and more scary appearances from Twisse! I could not put it down just like the first one. Sometimes you read the first and its great and the second but this one was just as good if not better. I am reading the third which works on the relationship with Gage and Cybil if there is one I have no Idea. But its great too!

After reading the first book, I knew I was hooked into this new Nora Robert's trilogy. Nora's books are always entertaining, heart felt and enjoyable. One sign for me is that I just can't put the book down, this is how it was for all of them.

The Hollow is the second is a series Ms Roberts has written. The book was in good shape and the story one that I very much enjoyed. Looking forward the the third and final book in the series.

I bought The Hollow by Nora Roberts four days ago and already have it read. I love Nora Roberts' books. This particular triology keeps you captivated and makes you want to keep reading. You will have to read the first in the series before this book or you will probably be a little lost! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes suspense and a little mystery with some romance added into it.

It was a gift and the day it arived it was read and she is looking foward to the next Nora Roberts book. This was a GREAT seller too!!! Fast to ship and just as expected just a better condition book.

Roberts is an excellent writer but I can't get into this series I have tried and just can't get passed the first few chapters. I am not a fan of the vampire stories so my own fault for purchasing the book. So the rating is in the middle because of my mistake and not Roberts.
