I found the book to be a very informative work as well as having easy to follow recipes. Everything that I have cook from the pages of Mr. Marks books has been delicious. My guest have enjoyed the meals also. I have discovered a travel companion in Copeland Marks and someone with a great ability to collect good recipes while accurately recording them. I would suggest that you examine his other books and enjoy the fruits of his explorations.
