Worth watching and remembering

Two or three generations have come and gone since this movie was made.
Nobody will bother reading what I have to say here...but I'll say it anyway.
It doesn't take much to get a new generation enthused with a movie like "Gran Torino". Clint Eastwood is no longer the young western typecast actor he was in "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly".
"Gran Torino" is now all the rage, and if I bothered reviewing that one, it would get much attention.
This movie, done in Italy to save money and using cheaply paid local actors (then), has all the bells and whistles of a great movie.
Yet, people think as much of "Gran Torino", which is so poorly done, with pathetic use of profanity throughout, that it makes my stomach turn.
The acting is super in this movie, and the story is fascinating, and yet go figure why everyone talks about "Gran Torino".
...and the one liners are memorable.
Forget "Gran Torino", and trade up for something with much more going for it like this one.
It will only cost you a few bucks...and then if you like it, try others with Clint...like "For a Few Dollars more", or "A Fistful of Dollars".
All worth it, and all good watching.
