WE SAW THIS NEW BOOK COMING OUT, BUT COULDN'T FIND IT IN ANY LOCAL STORES, SO I CHECKED ON EBAY AND SURE ENOUGH I FOUND ONE! MY DAD TOLD ME THAT "THE FINAL WARNING BY JAMES PATTERSON" WAS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS HE HAS EVER READ!
MY BOTTOM LINE POINT IS IF YOU LIKE READING JAMES PATTERSON BOOKS YOU'VE GOT TO CHECK THIS ONE OUT!!!

What a great book from the start to the VERY end. I really enjoyed this book. I'm glad it was written, however if the third book was the last one that would have completed the series just fine. The end of this book was PERFECT. Read it for yourself and experience the RIDE on your own. I thought it was great. It got messages out there to everyone on life and the planet. It was exciting and hopeful in all ways.

Awesome book series by James Patterson. The books center on a group of children who's DNA was altered to give them the ability to fly. They were meant to be kept a secret until two of the kids escaped.They are discovered by a veterinarian and an FBI agent. together they fight to keep the kids alive.the scientists responsible for altering their DNA will stop at nothing to keep the children a secret. this is a riveting series for teens as well as adults. I highly reccomend these books.

I bought this book because it is part of the Maximum Ride series. I love this book and would recommend it for reading ASAP! Get the whole series. The best I've read in a long time. I couldn't put it down until I finished. Read James Patterson books. They are the best!

Got to love the way Patterson can spin a story....this is a great SERIES about the Flock...cant wait to read the last book within this series MAX.

Great series that was supposed to end as a trilogy, that is still active in 2009 with book #5 of the series. I'm reading book #3 now. It's predecesors Lake House and When the Wind Blows are MUST reads, but aren't connected to the Maximum Ride series.

Great books for young and old alike. James Patterson has done a great job making this series interesting and appropriate for younger readers. Let your minds eye go on the adventures with the Flock with Max as the leader.

I LOVE this series. It is so much fun to read and a can't put down book. If you have never read James patterson you don't know what you are missing.

I have read every one of the James Patterson Series of this genre. I had to buy, " The Final Warning "!. The Story line of this specific book is amazing..This book is a continuation of adventures following the genetic enhanced/ bird-human characters, as they take fight for the right-to survive. It is a kaleidoscope of emotions that hit you hard!. One can't help but get caught up in the story. I don't want to give a hint of what this book is about because you really have to read it for yourself!. Don't delay, it's a fantastic book that will keep you entertained for hours on end. I hated to put it down, and I was sad when I finally finished.Love-Love-LOVED IT!. Great Book!. I hope he continues writing about these surreal characters. It is an easy read, and you will get sucked in-guaranteed!..

This book is a continuation of the bird children series by James Patterson. I have liked each one in this series and enjoyed this one, also.

This book was such a great ending to the 4 book selections about the bird children. It was a great adventure that was woven by James Patterson. There were so many emotions involved. I really enjoyed reading these books.

I'm a mom of a MAJOR "Maximum Ride" fan. My daughter is a preteen and LOVES this series of books. She breezed through the first three books in a flash and this is a kid who normally thinks of reading as a chore. With M.R. she'll choose the books over T.V. or computer games any day.

As for the fourth book, "Final Warning" is just as entertaining to her as the first three. I've asked her all the way through reading the book what she's thought of this last one and she says she doesn't know what the critics are talking about, she LOVES it. She says it's every bit as good as the others and once again, can't put it down. That's the only thing she says is somewhat bittersweet... It's eventually going to end. But then she says she'll just read them over again!

Any time I am looking for a book I can always fine it on e-bay. This is The last book in a collection. It just went to e-bay and there is was already on e-bay. This is great no chasing around to try and find what you are looking for.

Great book! It's a shame it the last in the series. James Patterson is such a creative writer. We're looking forward to what comes out next!

I particularly like the idea that my grandchildren can read this book. We need to give them more fantasy, and what if books. They get plenty of fact filled books from school. Reading for pleasure, and giving people a sense of something that is outrageously different, and exciting, can provoke a desire to continue to read that will last a lifetime. These books can give parents and grandparents something to talk about with the children, and also keep us young at heart. James Patterson is known for his mysteries, etc. but he has opened up a whole new genre with the Maximum Ride series.

Hey... I'm as huge a Maximum Ride fan as the next fantasy/sci-fi lover, BUT. This was not really a Maximum Ride novel... This was more of an author-using-his-much-loved-books-to-spread-the-word-about-global-warming novel. Now don't get me wrong... I am very much into working towards solving the world's global warming issue, but when I bought Maximum Ride, I wanted to read about the Flock. *sigh* However, if you're a M.R. fan, you'll undoubtedly have to get the book anyway because you of course want to know what happens between Max and Fang and what role Jeb will play in their lives... So... buy it, read it... but before you do all of that, try not to get too excited about learning more about their world and their lives, because its mostly a big global warming warning...

Not one of Patterson's better works. This could be more of a children's novel than an adult's read.
Although I've read all of his "Maximun Ride" books, this sort of fiction doesn't fit as a thrilling page turner!
Also, I think James Patterson needs to be more selective in books written by others, but printed with his name as a co-author.

The first three books in this series were great. This fourth book however, seemed to be nothing more than a short story / commercial. I understand Mr. Patterson's concerns about the environment and global warming, as I feel more or less the same. In the case of this fourth installment I think he overdoes the rants from the first 3 books to the extreme, so much so that the storyline was very forgettable. I feel that my money would have been much better spent giving it to a charitable cause that will use it to fight for the environment, not to further fill there portfolio or checking account. Mr. Patterson, stick to the story and then use some of that money from your list of bestsellers to fight for the environment.

The whole set is worth reading! You won't be disappointed at all. I bought it because I already read the other ones
