
Love this plan- doesn't feel like a diet at all!

I saw Brenda Watson on PBS, and she really made sense, so I bought the book and started the diet. After just 3 weeks, I've lost 6 pounds. The fiber keeps you from being hungry, and the plan is very flexible. The recipes inside are great, especially the Carrot Cake and Spinach Layered Salad.
One caveat, when starting the diet, is you'll need to take some form of herbal colon cleanser. Brenda covers this in the book, and in my experience it's very necessary. Without it, you'll feel really bloated, and the weight doesn't come off as well. It's a very sound plan, easy to follow, and I plan to stay on it for life!
