This food journal is great for writing down everything you put in your mouth on a daily basis. Each page starts with an inspirational quote. There are titles for each line where you write in your food and drink choices. The titles are: upon rising; before breakfast; breakfast; mid-morning snack; before lunch; lunch; afternoon snack; 4pm snack; before dinner; dinner; evening and suppliments. The second page contains:exercise; health & wellness notes; food for thought; sleep time; reflections and daily acknowledgment. There are weekly progress pages. There is a shopping list in the back of the book. It is a helpful tool for living the Fat Flush Plan or would work well for any other diet program.
