This is an awesome core workout! You don't feel like you are working as hard as the other Firm workouts, but you sweat just as much. There are many great modifications for those you are starting out on the balance disc, so it is easy to work your way up to advanced level. There are no weights used, you only use the disk in this dvd. boI love the instructor in this dvd! She has a great personality and she sort of laughs at herself a couple of times. She constantly reassures you that it is okay if you can't do some of the workouts.
The ab section of this workout is intense! You don't do the usual boring crunches. You use the disc just like the Bender ball, but I think it is a lot more effective! I have tried both. Your obliques and upper abs get a serious workout! You workout your lower abs, but it doesn't burn as much. If anything, you should get this for the ab workout at the end.
