The Ebay Seller's Tax and Legal Answer Book by Cliff Ennico (2007, Paperback)

This book is an invaluable resource for any ebay seller. I met Cliff Ennico at eBay Live in Boston this year and attended his seminars on the taxing questions on taxes faced by sellers. Mr. Ennico uses common language to help us understand the complexities.

Included in the book is a copy of a suggested "General Terms and Conditions" statement that you should be using on all of your listings. Personalize it to your specific needs, and you're covered. This alone was worth the price of the book.

I highly recommend The Ebay Seller's Tax and Legal Answer Book by Cliff Ennico.

I wanted a book that told specifics about the tax and legal aspects of selling online. Most books I've read generalize everything or haven't quite answered the questions I've had, this one did. A lot of the important information is given in bullet points making it easier to understand the answers without getting bogged down in the words. Easy read and overall good book.

Book provided a lot of guidance for tax information. An easy read, cut through a lot of technical mumbo jumbo for the average joe.
Would recommend for anyone starting out selling on eBay.
